Andrey Varnavsky is a director of the blockchain laboratory at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. He is a Ph.D. in Economics with the associate professor degree. The speaker has been conducting investigations at the Financial University within 15 years and consulting startups for 17 years. He has published several articles and is engaged in outreach and educational activities. Andrey Varnavsky is also a co-founder of Dolphin Blockchain Intelligence analytics platform.
